Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All Brothers purchases are made exclusively in our physical shops — we don't run an online store. For this reason, exchanges and returns can only be handled in person, in one of our shops: since there's no distance selling involved, Italian law doesn't grant a right of withdrawal in this case, and we don't process returns or exchanges by mail or courier.

That said, to make things easier for our customers — including the many international visitors we welcome — we're happy to exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, at any of our shops (not necessarily the one where you bought it), as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, with the tag attached and accompanied by the receipt. Exchanges are for another item of equal or greater value (with the difference payable); we don't offer cash refunds.
